Guest comfort and recovery optimization
Sleep, air, and environmental optimization for hotels, retreats, and wellness spaces.
This module extends the core TERA+ assessment with four environmental layers that directly affect how guests sleep, breathe, and recover: indoor air quality (particulates, VOCs, ion depletion), humidity balance, low-frequency sound from mechanical and structural sources, and blue light exposure from room lighting and devices.
Each layer is measured room by room, interpreted in terms of guest impact, and accompanied by a prioritized remediation roadmap. The assessment often reveals simple, low-cost adjustments that produce outsized improvements in sleep quality and overall comfort.
Properties that complete the full pathway receive a TERA+ Comfort verification, a credential that communicates verified environmental quality to guests and differentiates the property in a category no competitor is currently addressing.

Where the core assessment addresses the measurable and health-relevant dimensions, the Deep Geosophical Assessment reveals the land's vibrational architecture: energy lines, nodes, and deeper resonance patterns that shape the character and quality of a place.
Using geobiological field survey methods refined through years of practice at sacred and contemporary sites, this module maps the principal energy systems crossing the property, identifies significant intersections and convergence zones, and interprets the relationship between the land's vibrational expression and the way the property and its inhabitants interact with it.
The deliverable is a richly visual report with satellite overlays, 3D renderings, topographic analysis, and interpretive observations. For hospitality clients, this provides a compelling narrative about the land.
