What we find, what changes

Every property tells a different story.
Here is what a TERA+ engagement looks like across the contexts we serve.

Homes and Private Estates

Homes and private estates

Uncovering what shapes sleep, comfort, and children's wellbeing

A family concerned about sleep quality and children's wellbeing in a property surrounded by modern technology. Multiple Wi-Fi networks, smart home systems, and electrical infrastructure create an invisible exposure environment that has never been assessed.

Assessment 1

What we typically find

In a recent multi-structure estate assessment, we identified a guest bedroom receiving intermittent high-intensity EMF from industrial kitchen equipment behind an adjacent wall, with readings at pillow level reaching levels unsuitable for prolonged sleep. Wi-Fi routers placed within two metres of beds in several rooms were creating combined RF and electromagnetic exposure in sleeping zones. On the geophysical side, certain rooms aligned with naturally supportive energy zones while others sat in areas of geopathic disturbance, a pattern invisible to conventional inspection but consistent with the occupants' reported experience of each space.

After assessment and remediation, every sleeping area was optimized for electromagnetic safety and natural support. Simple changes (device repositioning, targeted shielding) resolved 100% of identified artificial exposure issues.

Hospitality and retreat spaces

Aligning the environment with the mission of guest wellbeing

A high-end retreat centre seeking to align its environment with its mission of guest wellbeing. The property markets itself as a restorative space, but the invisible electromagnetic and vibrational conditions have never been evaluated.

Assessment 2

What we typically find

In wellness-oriented properties, we frequently discover that the very rooms marketed as restorative contain the highest electromagnetic exposure, often from poorly positioned network infrastructure, in-room electric heating, or proximity to technical service areas. At one property, the yoga and massage spaces tested safe, while guest bedrooms showed significant combined RF and EMF presence that contradicted the wellness positioning. The deeper geosophical survey revealed that the property sat at a convergence of energy lines connected to the broader regional landscape, enriching the owners' understanding of why guests consistently described the space as "special."

The property now operates with verified environmental quality across all guest-facing spaces. The EMF remediation was completed within weeks. The geosophical mapping became part of the property's guest-facing narrative and brand story.

Architecture and development

Architecture and new development

Environmental intelligence before the first stone is laid

An architectural team planning a residential development on a new site. Conventional site analysis covers soil, drainage, sun exposure, and planning constraints, but the invisible environmental layer, both artificial and natural, remains entirely uncharted.

Assessment 3

What we typically find

Pre-development consultations reveal spatial patterns that conventional site analysis cannot detect. In a recent project, energy line mapping identified that the site's most favourable zones for residential sleeping areas were concentrated in a specific sector, while another area crossed by fluctuating geophysical lines was better suited for gardens and open space. Existing infrastructure near the site was assessed to determine the baseline electromagnetic environment and inform building orientation and material choices.

The development team integrated our spatial recommendations into their master plan. Residential units were positioned to optimize sleep quality and children's comfort. The project can now market that invisible environmental quality was considered from the design phase.
